Khudor Hou (rice curry) - one of the ethnic food item of Bishnupriya Manipuri Community. The Community is a primarily fish eating community and lentil (daal) was something not everyone could afford those days. So they would prepare 'khudor hou' to satisfy their craving for daal.

Susmita Sinha is a Bishnupriya Manipuri Business Woman from Silchar. Susmita, more fondly known as Jhumi, is the daughter of Mr.Gour Kishore Sinha and Mrs.Ratna Sinha.
